District Council 30 is proud of the relationships it has established with Union Contractors. Union Contractors, or "Employers," are contractors that have entered into a collective bargaining agreement with PDC 30.

PDC 30’s jurisdiction is made up of nine Local Unions, spanning 29 counties in North-Central Illinois and 3 counties in southern Wisconsin. The remaining Illinois counties are covered by District Councils 14, 58, 81, and 91. Jurisdictional coverage varies by trade – painting/drywall finishing and glazing.
