Fall Community Service Grant Award

PDC 30 is excited to announce the winner of our Fall, 2018 Grant Cycle: Congratulations to Almost Home Kids!

Almost Home Kids is a short-term community based pediatric healthcare facility that provides transitional care to children with complicated health needs in a home-like setting. To complete their project proposal, our volunteer team will repaint AHK's transitional care home in Naperville, Illinois, which provides housing for more than 80 children in need each year.
