The Federal government has launched a new way to order free COVID self-tests that will be delivered to your home (4 tests will be provided per household). Go to COVIDtests.gov and place your order now. The tests are free. YOU DO NOT NEED A CREDIT CARD and you will NOT be charged for postage. The only information requested is your name and address. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days.

Beginning January 1, 2022, the Painters District Council No. 30 Health & Welfare Plan (the Health Plan) will use a prior authorization process for participants seeking medical care for the treatment of certain illnesses or injuries and for other complex procedures and/or treatments, and case management services for various procedures, treatment plans, and other services.
