Steward Certification Training

PDC 30 is committed to supporting members, apprentices, and jobsites through robust training and education, positive communication, and early awareness of concerns or support needs. The new Steward Certification program equips members with the knowledge and skills to support and represent their coworkers, identify/report issues or potential violations, and create safer workplaces across our jurisdiction.

Building Union Member Power (BUMP)

Participants will learn about the values of our union, our union's history, how to become more active and involved, and how to live the values of the IUPAT's "One Union, One Family, One Fight" campaign to grow worker power on and off the job site. Members who complete this course will receive one (1) STARs credit.
