PDC 30 BLOG

PDC 30 is excited to announce the award recipients of our 2022 Grant Cycle.

Community Partnership Grants will be awarded to At Risk Mentoring (Aurora), Center for Prevention of Abuse (Peoria), Mutual Ground (Aurora), The Neighbor Project (Aurora), TriCity Family Services (Geneva), and Well Child Center (Elgin). Our organization will complete renovation projects for each award recipient throughout the remainder of the year. All renovation work will be performed by our union members - these highly trained professionals take pride in their work and continuously seek opportunities to volunteer their skills, showcase their craft, and give back.

The PATCH Foundation Grant was awarded to Braveheart Children's Advocacy Center (Braveheart CAC) on August 12th. This child-focused agency coordinates advocacy, specialized therapy, investigation, and treatment services for children involved in allegations of physical/sexual abuse or other traumas. The $15,000 grant funding will enable Braveheart CAC to continue providing this imperative service to children and families in their service area, by supporting their newly acquired Princeton satellite facility.

Stay tuned for photo highlights of each project and program updates throughout the year!

Thank you to all of the organizations that applied for a grant during our 2022 grant cycle. For information on our 2023 grant opportunities, visit our website: https://pdc30.com/grant.
